In certain cases, especially in complex and / or very extensive matters, the statutory fees may not appear to be sufficient to adequately compensate for the work involved, so that the lawyer's work must be billed according to time spent. As a rule, you can expect that in such cases with a corresponding agreement, which must be concluded separately, an hourly rate of €230 to €290 net / hour will be applied on our part.

You can pay the office bills either by bank transfer to our business account, by credit or debit card, in cash or by PayPal. In the latter case (payment via PayPal), we ask for your understanding that we charge the commission that PayPal charges for the money transfer (currently 2.49% of the transfer amount + €0.35 for payments under €2,000, see PayPal price list). must be added to the invoice amount.
